A Wiener Dog Race Turned Into The Cutest Debacle On Live Television

Wiener dogs are an insanely cute breed of dogs. Technically known as dachshunds, the long, skinny canines make for quite a funny sight, no matter what they're doing.

Proof of this fact can be found at minor league baseball team The El Paso Chihuahuas' recent wiener dog race. The winner is crowned the fastest dachshund in El Paso. Shortly after the race ended, everything started to hilariously fall apart. Watch as one tiny pooch gets into the baseball spirit (by running free in the field):

I don't believe that dog won the race, but I still think we can call him the fastest wiener dog. He evaded professional athletes for a very long time. Plus he just looked so cute while doing it!
