According to Variety, “Now that she’s settled into Leonard Bernstein’s former apartment at the legendary Osbourne building across from Carnegie Hall in Midtown Manhattan, famously flame-tressed actress Jessica Chastain has set her old digs, a custom-designed duplex in a full-service, pre-war complex at the busy intersection of the Greenwich Village, NoHo and SoHo nabes, out for lease at $11,500 per month.”

She also has been rubbing shoulders with the rich, famous and creative this year in New York, attending Ralph Lauren show with none other than Julianne Moore, her Hollywood doppelganger.
